Dear Bidders
Over the past week, ERCDA has received numerous phone calls from suppliers who have been misled by fictitious ECRDA official(s) into believing that the above-mentioned contract has been awarded in their favour.

In these phone calls, a demand/request has been made for certain information including a consideration in exchange for the award of the bid.

We wish to caution bidders to ignore any phone calls or emails with the content similar to the above.

To this end, please be advised that the adjudication process has not yet been finalised and the details of the successful bidder will be published on ECRDA website immediately after the award process has been concluded.
