REFERENCE NO: RFP 07 – 2022/23 : REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: TECHNICAL ANALYSIS OF EXISTING STRATEGY AND FACILITATION OF ECRDA STRATEGY REVIEW SESSION TO BE HELD ON 21-22 JUNE 2022.
Introduction
The ECRDA is a Provincial Public Entity as referred to in Schedule 3C of the PFMA. The entity was established following a decision by the Government of the Eastern Cape to consolidate and integrate the overlapping mandates of provincial entities on matters pertaining to Rural Development and Agrarian reform. The ECRDA is planning a Strategy Review and Update Session for the 21st and 22nd of June 2022 outside of East London. The purpose of this terms of reference is to procure the services of a specialist to do scientific review of the existing strategy, progress of implementation of the strategy in relation to the five-year outcomes and support the facilitation of the two-day session as well as provide the agency with a close out report after the session on updates and or amendments proposed for the strategy.
