Introduction

The ECRDA, is a Provincial Public Entity as referred to in Schedule 3C of the PFMA. The entity was established following a decision by the Government of the Eastern Cape to consolidate and integrate the overlapping mandates of provincial entities on matters pertaining to Rural Development and Agrarian reform. To maintain and optimise ECRDA’s live digital workflow automation, document management, and secure e-signing capability, ECRDA wants to renew its SigniFlow Hosted Hybrid (Hosted Private Tenant) — Licences. The solution is already in production, archiving completed documents to SharePoint Online via an event-handler and designed for Single Sign-On (SSO) with Microsoft Entra ID. SigniFlow remains a robust, secure, and scalable platform with API-led automation and a private tenant hosted in Microsoft Azure (South Africa regions), ensuring seamless integration with our Microsoft 365 environment and continued compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements. The entity seeks to renew the organisation’s existing SigniFlow eSignature and WorkFlow Private Tenant for up to 160 Named users, service for twelve (12) months.
