The Tshabo RED Hub, a flagship agricultural initiative by the ECRDA, is proudly celebrating its inaugural harvest this season.
This milestone marks the beginning of a promising journey in sustainable vegetable production.
Backed by continued support from the Eastern Cape Rural Development Agency (ECRDA), the project has received vital funding for irrigation infrastructure, modern machinery, and high-quality production inputs.
The results are now visible in bountiful produce being supplied to both formal and informal markets.

Current Markets:
* Pick n Pay, King William’s Town
* Superspar Nicks Foods, King William’s Town
* Fruit & Veg outlets
* Local hawkers in King William’s Town
With the first harvest successfully hitting the shelves and streets, the next phase is clear—expanding production to meet growing demand.
Tshabo RED Hub is planting the seeds of rural development, job creation, and food security, one harvest at a time.
